  • Yes. We provide direct integrations with major e-commerce platforms and retail systems including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, and SPS Commerce. Our in-house integration team connects your store, marketplace, or ERP to our WMS, enabling automated order ingestion, real-time inventory syncing, tracking updates, and EDI compliance with minimal disruption.

  • Our standard agreement is a one-year 3PL contract. We understand fulfillment needs vary by growth stage, so we are open to discussing flexible terms based on volume, complexity, and long-term plans.

  • Yes, our facilities boast comprehensive climate control systems tailored to each region's needs, guaranteeing optimal storage conditions for your merchandise. These systems safeguard your products against temperature fluctuations and humidity, preserving their quality and integrity.

  • Yes. G10 maintains comprehensive warehouse insurance coverage, including protection against fire, flooding, storms, and other natural disasters. Your inventory is insured while stored and handled within our facilities.

  • Storage pricing is based on inventory volume, storage type, and product characteristics such as palletized goods, carton storage, or regulated materials. We provide transparent, customized storage quotes aligned with your inventory profile and fulfillment requirements.

  • Our pick accuracy consistently exceeds 99.9%. This is driven by scan-based picking, barcode verification, and real-time inventory controls within our WMS, reducing fulfillment errors and customer service escalations.

  • Yes. We support value-added fulfillment services including kitting and bundling, labeling, light assembly, and select engraving or embroidery programs. These services are executed inside the warehouse to maintain accuracy and fulfillment speed.

  • Yes, we can accommodate personalized shipments with customized packaging and supplies. Whether you need custom boxes, labels, tape, or other packaging materials, we can ensure that your shipments are uniquely branded and tailored to your specifications.

  • We ship through major carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and approved freight providers. Our system supports carrier rate shopping to balance shipping cost and delivery speed by destination and service level.

  • Yes. We support international shipping and cross-border fulfillment, including documentation support, carrier coordination, and customs-ready processes to reduce delays and compliance issues.

  • Orders received by noon local time ship the same day. This supports next-day and two-day delivery expectations for D2C and marketplace fulfillment.

  • In the rare event of an issue, we investigate using scan history and order records, identify root cause, and resolve quickly. This includes inventory reconciliation, replacement shipments, or credits as appropriate, with full transparency.

  • Yes. Every client has a dedicated Account Manager based in the U.S. You can reach them directly by phone or email for fulfillment questions, order issues, or operational support.

  • Yes. Our internal technology team supports WMS issues, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting. Because integrations are managed in-house, issues are resolved faster without third-party delays.

  • Yes. We provide customizable reports for inventory levels, order status, fulfillment KPIs, shipping performance, and accuracy metrics. Reports can be tailored by SKU, channel, location, or time period.

  • Inbound inventory is typically received and made available within two to three business days, depending on volume and complexity. Priority receiving can be planned in advance for launches or retail deadlines.

  • Yes. We process returns including inspection, restocking, quarantine, and disposition based on your rules. Returns workflows can be configured by channel and SKU to control costs and protect inventory accuracy.

  • We plan peak season months in advance using volume forecasts, labor planning, and capacity modeling. Our multi-warehouse network allows us to flex labor and throughput during promotions, Prime events, and holiday spikes.
