Our people have more than 30 years of hands-on Amazon fulfillment experience alone, plus deep backgrounds in D2C, B2B retail compliance, HAZMAT operations, systems integration, and warehouse execution. These are people who have launched products, survived Prime Day, fixed broken routing guides, and shipped through chaos without missing deadlines. Mark is a seasoned leader with nearly 15 years of experience steering G10 Fulfillment to success. As CEO and Co-Founder, he oversees strategy, vision, financials, and client relations. His background in sales and operations, honed at Milwaukee Tools and Greenlee, equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to drive business growth. Mark's hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have been pivotal in establishing G10 Fulfillment as a trusted partner in the industry.

Bryan Wright

Bryan Wright

Chief Technology Officer / Chief Operating Officer,

Bryan brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, transportation, and enterprise systems to G10 Fulfillment. Throughout his career, he has successfully led end-to-end software selection, implementation, and optimization projects for leading platforms including Manhattan Associates, Körber, Blue Yonder, MercuryGate, Aptean, and NetSuite. Bryan has partnered with major national brands such as Jockey, Kraft Foods, Conagra, Perdue, and Ryder to drive operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

In addition to his enterprise experience, Bryan designed, developed, and commercialized his own 3PL-focused Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Dock Management System (DMS).  At G10, Bryan oversees both technology and operations, leveraging his deep expertise to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and fuel sustainable growth.

John Pistone

Chief Revenue Officer

John brings over two decades of expertise in retail, e-commerce, and merchandising, with significant leadership roles at Amazon and Chewy. He has successfully driven revenue growth and operational excellence across various roles, including Director at Amazon, Senior Director at Chewy, and VP of Sales and Marketing at G10 Fulfillment. John's background includes a robust tenure at Amazon, where he led initiatives that streamlined operations and enhanced productivity on a global scale. At G10 Fulfillment, his deep understanding of the online marketplace and strategic leadership are pivotal to driving sales and marketing success.

Dan Rado

Dan Rado

Chief Financial Officer

Dan brings over a decade of financial leadership experience to G10 Fulfillment. Prior to joining G10, he spent over 10 years at Direct Supply, steadily rising in his career, including senior leadership rotations in Corporate Accounting and Finance, Controllership, Valuation, and Divisional Finance. With a sharp eye for financial strategy and operational efficiency, Dan is now leading G10’s accounting functions and financial planning and growth initiatives from our Delavan headquarters. Previously, Dan started his career in public accounting at Baker Tilly.

Director of Marketing

With an MBA from Kellogg and an MS in Information Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Jacob bring over 20 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, and online retail. His career includes a decade with Amazon and success as founder of a direct-to-consumer business. His passion is helping small businesses grow. In his spare time, he enjoys playing fingerpicking blues guitar and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Matt Barta

Senior Account Manager

Matt is the Manager of Account Services at G10 Inc., where he has been a key player in customer growth since January 2020. With a strong background in account management and operations, he was previously in commercial printing for over 10 years as a sales representative for high end hotels throughout the US. Matt has an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Gateway Technical College and has a track record of driving client success and managing dynamic teams (projects?) across different industries.

Matt is a dynamic leader currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Customer Success at G10 Inc. With a robust background in sales strategy and client acquisition, Matt excels at driving growth and building strong customer relationships. Prior to joining G10, he held key roles at Pandion and ShipBob, where he was instrumental in scaling mid-market sales and refining enterprise-level strategies. His career is marked by a consistent focus on sales management, business strategy, and operational efficiency, underscored by his earlier experiences at Translate.com and Parts Town. Matt's educational foundation in finance and business administration, coupled with his hands-on experience in the Greater Chicago Area's competitive market, has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in high-impact roles.

Helen Cattaneo

Director of Business Optimization

As the Director of Business Optimization, Helen plays a key role in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and maximizing organizational performance. She has been with G10 since 2022 and has an intrinsic understanding of how to leverage data, operations, and best practices to improve business functions. Helen continues to contribute to the G10 Fully Regulated Dangerous Goods program, working to establish procedures for scaling the business. She first joined the company to build and manage marketplace stores.

Helen graduated from UC Berkeley. Before joining G10, she held various roles at Amazon.com in retail, private label, and publishing. She has a proven track record to expand businesses with a focus on selection and profitability.

She’s a natural fit to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and create long-term benefits for G10 and its customers.

Alex Grover

Alex Grover

Account Manager

Alex Grover is a skilled Account Manager at G10, where he leverages his extensive background in e-commerce and inventory analysis to optimize client relationships and drive business growth. With over four years of experience at Geneva Supply, Alex honed his expertise in managing e-commerce platforms, streamlining inventory processes, and enhancing profitability through data-driven strategies. His roles have included analyzing supply chain processes, forecasting sales, and managing fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations. Alex is known for his strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like HubSpot Sales Hub, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau, and his ability to deliver results in fast-paced, remote environments. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from St. Norbert College and a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence Analytics from UC San Diego.

Kay Hillmann

Director of Vendor Operations

Kay is the Director of Vendor Operations at G10 Inc., where she leads the fulfillment operations for dangerous goods and hazardous materials, primarily servicing major retailers like Amazon and Walmart through e-commerce channels. With over 15 years of experience, Kay has a proven track record in strategic business execution, demand planning, and supply chain management. Prior to G10, she spent nearly six years at Chewy, where she developed promotional and business strategies, led cross-category go-to-market campaigns, and co-chaired the Women’s Advancement and Advocacy Group, spearheading initiatives that significantly enhanced career development and organizational culture. Her experience also includes demand planning and supply chain analyst roles at Bemis Company and Neenah Paper, as well as customer service analysis at Kimberly-Clark.

Emma Hobday

Human Resources Director

Emma has been the Human Resources Director at G10 Fulfillment since December 2020, where she manages key HR initiatives, including legal matters and benefits management. With a rich background in HR and project management, Emma previously served as HR Manager at CFS Brands, where she was responsible for benefits management and team leadership. Prior to that, she held the position of Human Resources Director at The Abbey Resort & Avani Spa, where she focused on problem-solving and annual budgeting. Emma's experience also includes her role as Human Resources Office Manager at NovaSpine Pain Institute in Arizona, and earlier in her career, she worked at Birmingham City Council in the UK as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant.

Joel Malmquist

Joel Malmquist

VP of Customer Experience

Joel brings nearly a decade of experience in e-commerce logistics and merchant success to his role as VP of Customer Experience at G10 Fulfillment. Prior to joining G10 in 2025, Joel spent over eight years at ShipBob, where he rose through the ranks from Sales Development Representative to Senior Director of Merchant Success. His tenure at ShipBob was marked by a strong focus on leadership, customer satisfaction, and scalable success for merchants at all stages of growth.

At G10, Joel is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by aligning internal teams and technology with the evolving needs of G10’s diverse client base. His expertise in building high-performing teams and improving the end-to-end customer journey makes him a vital part of G10’s executive team as the company scales its operations nationwide.

Maureen Milligan

Maureen Milligan

Director of Operations and Projects

With over 20 years of experience, Maureen leads G10 Inc.'s warehouse operations, optimizes processes, and oversees project teams. Her leadership in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) project has significantly enhanced our operational capabilities. Previously, at AmerisourceBergen and Robocom Systems International, she directed large-scale initiatives and built strong stakeholder relationships. Maureen is recognized for her organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage projects within timelines.

Connor is a dynamic fulfillment leader focused on bridging the gap between operations and sales to enhance communication and efficiency at G10. With a strong background in strategic operations and project management, he now plays a key role in optimizing fulfillment processes, overseeing freight solutions, and ensuring compliance with hazmat requirements.His experience in system integration, data management, and process optimization allows him to drive continuous improvements, ensuring seamless execution as G10 scales.

Julie Stenli

Controller

Julie brings a wealth of experience in accounting and finance to G10 Inc., where she has served as Controller since 2021. Her strong financial acumen is backed by over 15 years in the industry, including key roles such as District Accounting Manager at Canteen, NA, and Revenue Analyst at Covance. Julie's expertise in managing complex financial operations and her MBA in Accounting and Finance make her an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring the financial health and efficiency of G10.
